Genevieve Goth Graf was the younger sister of famous Indiana artists Marie Goth and was also married to Carl Graf.
She was a teacher in Indianapolis until she retired in 1956 and then relocated to Brown County in that same year.
Her painting developed slowly over the years but she was in full swing when she passed away unexpectedly at her Nashville home on December 21, 1961.
