The following information was submitted by a site visitor: Steven Stoller lived in Indianapolis with his poet-wife and six children from 1982 through 1997. He produced a large output of work on the city streets as well as an important collection of more detailed interior works such as the “wheeler Mission Library,†“Kirsteins’s Auction,†and “Free Peoples Poetry Workshop,†depicting the people and ambiance of alternative lifestyles. He returned to New York City, where he now lives and paints, and has had solo exhibitions in numerous Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, and New York City venues. Among his commission are paintings for Simon and Associates, Earlham College and the Georgia Historical Society.
