Boston native Joseph Frank Currier studied all over Europe in the 1860s and 1870s. Currier wound up at the Royal Academy in Munich around 1870 and apparently filled a void created by the Frank Duvenek's departure (returning to America). Currier remained in Europe until 1898 when he returned to Boston. After suffering years of depression, he took his own life in 1909. We're very interested in purchasing artwork by Frank Currier.
