Todd Reifers was born in Lafayette, IN and during his youth studied with Sister Rufinia. His further studies include Herron, The Kansas City Art Institute and the Cincinnati Academy of Art. He work is very influenced by early 20th Century impressionism. His landscapes feature largely Indiana and East Coast subject matter though he travels the US and his work features a range of locales.
